Custom Blue Sapphire Wedding Band

Women's Wedding Ring Description

This beautiful women’s wedding band features princess cut blue sapphires channel set in elegant rose gold. It was created for our client from Petaluma, CA to go with the engagement ring we also designed for her. Because she lives out of state, we worked with her online and over the phone, and thanks to the nature of our custom design process, we were able to create exactly the ring she wanted.

Blue Sapphires

The blue sapphires in this ring are channel set princess cut stones with a lovely blue color. This contrasts nicely with the warmth of the 14k rose gold used in the band to create a soft contemporary look.

While diamonds are usually the first stones that come to mind when considering engagement and wedding bands, sapphires also have a long history in this role. They’ve traditionally represented loyalty, reliability, and faithfulness, as well as love, making them an appropriate choice for this type of ring.

Band Shape

To accommodate the nine princess cut stones properly, this band features a slightly squared shape, and that also works well with the dimensions of the matching engagement ring we made previously. The shape of the band combined with the channel setting also helps give the ring an classy modern look.

We are always happy to work with you in person at our Bellevue, WA location. But if that’s not an option due to distance or time constraints, we can complete projects while communicating with you exclusively online as well.

This is due in part to the detailed 3D images we create of each custom piece as part of the design process. These images allow you to review your piece thoroughly and make as many adjustments as necessary before it actually goes into production. And if you’d like even more reassurance that we’re making the piece of your dreams, we can create a wax mold for you to examine as well.
