Pendant Description

This stunning pendant features a round brilliant cut diamond bezel set in the center, surrounded by bright cut set diamonds of various sizes filling out the yellow gold heart shape. It was created as a custom piece for a client, and we used some diamonds that the client provided while also sourcing additional stones to match. Design Your Own Jewelry

Diamond Center

In the center of this piece, a round brilliant cut diamond is bezel set in 14k yellow gold. This stone is the largest in the piece, and it’s further separated from the accent stones surrounding it by the use of the bezel setting, which frames the diamond nicely. The yellow gold also contrasts beautifully with the brilliant white of the diamond, helping the stone to stand out and bringing a lovely classical flair to the design. Pendants

Diamond Accents and Pendant Design

The pendant itself is in the shape of a heart, and the center diamond sits just below the peak in the middle of the top. The remaining surface area of the pendant is covered with round diamonds, all bright cut set in yellow gold, and sized to fit in the space available. Some of these stones were also provided by the client, and we sourced the remaining diamonds to match and complete the pattern.

Customizing Your Piece

When you’re ready to begin the custom design process, you’ll have many different options to consider. For a piece like this, you may want to begin by choosing a different type of metal. Rose gold, for instance, will bring warmth and a somewhat softer contrast to the design, while white gold would make for a truly brilliant presentation when combined with the diamonds.

Using different types of gemstones is an option as well, particularly if you have some already that you’d like to use.
