This dazzling engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond bezel set in the center, surrounded by a halo of specially cut blue sapphires, as well as a second halo of round bezel set white diamonds. The band holds diamond and milgrain accents as well, helping to complete the vintage look of the design. Center Setting and Double Halo

At the top of this ring, a 0.75 carat round brilliant cut diamond is bezel set in 18k white gold. This type of setting frames the stone beautifully, and it also keeps it protected from the hazards of everyday wear. Immediately surrounding this center stone is a halo of blue sapphires that are channel set and specially cut to sit completely flush with each other. That creates a solid circle of blue around the diamond in the middle, a contrast which only helps to enhance the beauty of both elements.

On the outside of the sapphire halo, a second halo of round white bezel set diamonds completes the center setting. The curved outer edges of the bezel settings holding each diamond in place combine to produce a scalloped effect that makes the center more reminiscent of a flower, and it also adds another layer to the contrast with the sapphires. Band Design and Diamond Accents

The band is smooth and polished most of the way around, with a raised center section and two lower rails. Near the center setting, two bars cross the band horizontally, and above this, a decorative shape holds a single bright cut set diamond on each shank shoulder. Unique Engagement Rings

The two strands that meet at the top of this shape continue past their meeting point to curl up and along the side of the halo, adding to the organic themes already present in the piece. Milgrain beading lines this shape on the shank shoulders, and it also frames the stones in the halos, producing a lovely vintage aesthetic.
