Fashion Ring Description

This exquisite ladies’ fashion ring features a bullet shaped diamond in the center, surrounded by a shared prong set diamond halo, and accented with baguette and round diamonds, custom filigree, and milgrain beading, all integrated int an intricate castle design. It was created for a couple from Roy, WA, who came to us with a clear idea of the unique piece they wanted to design. Design Your Own Ring

We worked with them in person in our Bellevue, WA showroom, as well as online through the dedicated workroom we set up to manage their project, and they made a few modifications to our original CAD proofs before requesting to see a wax model. They approved that as well, and so we turned their design over to our expert artisans to begin production.

Center Diamond and Accents

The centerpiece of this ring is a 0.36 carat bullet shaped diamond. It’s bezel set in platinum, with its base inline with the bottom strand of the split shank. It was specially cut to fill this role, and it forms the door of the castle design that makes up the majority of the top of the band. One of a Kind Engagement Rings

Surrounding the center diamond is a halo of shared prong set diamonds that follows the contours of the larger stone perfectly. This helps center the design and accentuate the sparkle of the larger stone, while also adding a decidedly glamorous flair to the piece.

Round bright cut set diamonds run about half-way around the ring on the wider bottom strand of the shank, and these are lined with milgrain beading, which frames them nicely. Additional small baguette and round diamonds are bezel set in several of the towers to represent their windows, and the castle design itself features seven towers of varying heights clustered together behind the center diamond. Custom Filigree and Rope Detail

Between the two strands of the split shank, an elegant scroll filigree fills the space and adds a whimsical elegance to the piece. The filigree narrows as the two strands move closer to each other, and they eventually come together at about the three-quarter point. The diamond accents on the bottom are balanced out by a lovely twisted rope detailing on the top strand, which introduces an interesting new texture and completes the look perfectly.
