Custom Garnet And Diamond Fashion Ring

Fashion Ring Description

This stunning women’s fashion ring features two round garnets in a tension setting, with diamond and milgrain accents, as well as custom hand engraving on the white gold shank. It was created for a client from Mound, MN, who was expecting twins and wanted a special piece to commemorate their birth. Design Your Own Ring

She had found a design online that she liked, and she wanted to customize it by using the twins’ birthstones in the center and making a few other modifications. We helped her evaluate her options to get the look she liked while still staying within her budget, and she was very happy with the way the piece turned out.

Double Garnet Center

The two stones that share the center in this ring are Mozambique garnets that together total 1.97 carats. Their rich red color contrasts beautifully with the sparkling white of the bright cut set accent diamonds lining the bars of the tension setting, helping to intensify the beauty of both sets of stones.

The client had a particular look in mind for the garnets, and so we used her input to guide us when ordering them. Once they came in, we shared several photos of them with her online, as she lived too far away to visit our Bellevue, WA showroom personally. Custom Hand Engraving and Milgrain

The diamond accents stop just past the garnets on both sides of the band, and this is where the custom hand engraving begins. It covers both the fronts and top of the ring with a flowing wheat pattern that was one of the client’s favorite features of her inspiration piece. Both the diamonds and the hand-engraved sections are lined with milgrain beading as well, which brings a lovely classical flair to the ring.
