Hand Carving
The beautiful designs on this ring were all hand carved by our expert artisans. The top of the piece features a fleur-de-lis with stunningly intricate detailing. With its many twists and turns, it fills the nearly square space perfectly, and the contrast with the clean, straight lines of the border help to emphasize the movement of the design.
The sides of the ring also feature wonderful hand-carved details, with one depicting a griffin and the other a winged lion holding a sword. The inclusion of these mythological creatures fits with the medieval theme of the piece, and it serves as a reminder of the origin of these types of rings.
