PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Each custom designed piece Joseph Jewelry creates comes with a lifetime warranty protecting against any defect resulting from its manufacture. Every piece must be inspected and signed for every 6 months by Joseph Jewelry.
If it is determined that your jewelry needs repair or maintenance due to wear and tear or damage, you must follow the recommendation for the necessary repairs or your warranty will become void. Also, Joseph Jewelry must perform the recommended repair or maintenance needed or your warranty will become void. You must submit your Joseph Jewelry Warranty Card and Inspection Record for inspection or repairs. This is to allow us to reference the history/log on your jewelry and maintain it up to date.
Clients who live out of WA state will be responsible for shipping fees both ways for the required inspections or repairs and, where applicable, any duty or customs fees that may be pertinent.
If you lose your center diamond or gemstone purchased from Joseph Jewelry due to a manufacturing defect, Joseph Jewelry will pay up to $600 towards your insurance deductible for replacement. This policy is only applicable towards replacement and not applicable for cash redemption. Replacement must be paid for by your insurance company directly to Joseph Jewelry and performed through Joseph Jewelry only. In the case where your insurance company requires that they work directly with you, you may then collect the proceeds from your insurance company and you will be responsible to fulfill the payment required to Joseph Jewelry. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure their jewelry against any damage or loss by including the jewelry in their homeowner or renters' policy.
This policy does not apply to center diamonds or gemstones purchased elsewhere.
Any work needed due to normal wear and tear (including fixes, replacement of trim gems or center gemstone) is the responsibility of the client and must be performed by Joseph Jewelry following our recommendation; otherwise, the warranty will become void.
Any damage or abuse to the original quality of the jewelry will void the warranty.
If there is any damage, abuse, modification or alteration to the center diamond or gemstone all warranties through Joseph Jewelry become void.
Joseph Jewelry offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on any custom design jewelry, and we stand behind every piece that our custom design artists produce. If for any reason, at the time your jewelry is delivered or picked-up, you’re dissatisfied with your piece, let us know on the spot and Joseph Jewelry will fix or remake the piece at no cost to you. If we are at fault and didn’t follow the written instruction of your order, we’ll continue work until the piece is exactly as you ordered it.
Joseph Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any custom design order due to abuse or unreasonable demands by the purchaser. Due to the intensive labor involved in custom design jewelry and the cost of materials, no refunds will be issued for any custom design work under any circumstance. The contract must be fulfilled by both parties, which means that Joseph Jewelry will produce your jewelry according to the agreed-upon written specifications and you must pay the full balance as agreed. If you need to cancel a custom order, we offer the following solution: Joseph Jewelry will issue a store credit toward any showcase product of equal or greater value. If the value of your new purchase is greater than the issued credit, you will be responsible for covering the difference.
In-stock Jewelry 30-day Money-Back Guarantee: Joseph Jewelry wants you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an in-stock item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges (if applicable). Conditions apply: The item should not have been altered in any way. The item must be returned in excellent new condition, in its original box, and with all paperwork (receipt, warranty card, and certification where applicable) to ensure full credit. In this case only, you can choose to have an in-store credit or refund for the amount paid. No refund can be issued for items that have been modified, in this case, Joseph Jewelry will issue an in-store credit for the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges (if applicable). For example: if a ring was modified for any reason such as re-sizing or to fit a different size center gemstone, no refunds can be made, however, you will receive full in-store credit for the same amount paid for minus shipping and handling fees.
Custom Design Jewelry: Joseph Jewelry offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on any custom design jewelry. Under no circumstance, Joseph Jewelry will accept any return for custom designed jewelry.
Joseph Jewelry offers upgrades on Triple Excellent* diamonds, previously purchased through Joseph Jewelry, with a GIA or AGS certificate. This is also applicable to all Star 129 and Ideal Square diamonds. You will receive the full value of your original diamond, not including sales tax, applied towards your new diamond upgrade. The following requirements apply: Your diamond must be in an excellent shape with no damage (no abrasions, chips, nicks or breakage on the diamond) and the price of your new diamond must be at least twice the amount of your original diamond. Your original diamond should also be accompanied with the original Joseph Jewelry receipt and the GIA or AGS certificate for your original diamond. The complete documentation is required at the time of the upgrade.
Note: * Triple Excellent means your original diamond should be certified for excellent or ideal cut, symmetry and polish.
Joseph Jewelry offers free 3-5 day shipping on orders to any of the 50 states and Canada. Overnight shipping is also available for an additional fee. We offer an extensive collection of diamonds, colored gemstones, and pearls for you to choose from. For any in-stock diamonds or gemstones purchased from Joseph Jewelry, we offer a 30-day return policy. The return policy will be void if the stone is altered in any way, damaged or missing any documentation. All products must have original receipts and documentation.
If you have a specific need for any gemstones or diamonds we don't have on site, we will order the product you are interested in and have it available for you to view in our shop at no extra charge.
