Amazing customer service and perfect jewelry! Once we started looking at engagement rings, we realized we wanted a custom ring. We also wanted a local, family run company. And Joseph's was the perfect fit for us! Both my engagement ring and wedding band, as well as my husband's wedding band, were custom made at Joseph's. Ryan was great at taking my random ideas and turning them into a piece of art. Danny patiently found multiple sapphires for us so that we could pick the perfect stone. And the created a work of art. I love my ring as much today (3+ years later) as I did on the day I received it. Not only do I believe that Joseph's makes a quality product, but I think their customer service is the greatest. Every time I'm in town, I stop by to have my ring cleaned and checked, and Joseph takes the time to catch up with us. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my jewelry!
