I continue to have the best service at Joseph Jewelry. It started with needing a repair and a cleaning on some jewelry. They are always so nice and helpful and the prices are beyond reasonable. I wish we had discovered them prior to purchasing my wedding band set! When they were cleaning my engagement ring, they mentioned the stone was loose and so they tightened it and had it ready within days. I also had purchased a pair of diamond earrings and was worried about the sturdiness of the backs. Sean took the time to create an extra notch and make them tighter on my ears, cleaned them, and also cleaned my rings - all within 15 minutes! Although I haven't purchased jewelry here, their staff and expertise is clear in all of the repairs I've had plus their selection is divine! I mean no harm in looking while I wait :) I would highly recommend this place based on the staff, friendliness, expertise, selection, and attention to detail. I have had nothing but great experiences at Joseph Jewelry!
