Band Design and Flush Set Diamond

This band is 8mm wide and made of grey tungsten, with a flat top surface and narrow beveled rails on either side. At the top of the ring, a 0.05 carat round diamond is flush set, and this adds a hint of glamour to the design, while the stone’s small size keeps it from overpowering the other elements of the piece. The top surface of the band features a brushed finish, and this matte texture provides a subtle contrast with the brilliant sparkle of the diamond. The rails on either side are polished, however, and this helps to highlight the separation between the two sections of the ring.

Carbon Fiber Inlay

A carbon fiber inlay runs all the way around the middle of the band’s top surface, leaving a modest amount of space on either side before the rails begin and pausing only to provide space for the diamond at the top. This inlay is black, adding another layer of contrast to the piece, and it displays a thatched pattern that brings another level of complexity to the design.
