Diamond Centers
At the center of each earring is a round diamond bezel set in 14k white gold. The two diamonds together total 0.08 carats, but their brilliance is intensified by the polished white gold that extends up from the edges of the setting towards the surface of the diamond. The metal here almost forms a cone with the diamond recessed at the tip, and the reflection of the diamond’s sparkle that’s created produces a truly stunning display.
Carved Tahitian Pearls
The main bodies of these earrings are made up of 9mm black Tahitian pearls that are mounted directly onto 14k white gold studs. In the front, these pearls have a bowl-shaped space cut out of them into which the diamonds are set. The white gold and diamonds both contrast dramatically with the black of the pearls, a relationship which helps the diamonds to stand out. Earrings
The carving that covers the remaining surface of the pearls consists of flowing, curved grooves that begin at four points around the edge of the circle holding the diamond. From there, they each divide into two, gradually widening and looping back and around the body of the pearl to create a swirling and organic look.

After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
