Diamonds
The diamonds in these earrings are arranged in a line, with the pear-shaped stones serving as the anchors to the drop section. Their shape and size allow them to give the earrings a nice balance, and just above them, are the round diamonds, followed by the princess cut angled so that they sit on their corner.
The shapes of the diamonds are quite complementary to each other, as both the round and princess cut stones share elements with the pear-shaped diamonds. Completing the set at the top of each chain is a smaller round diamond that attaches to the post.
Earring Design
All of these stones are bezel set in 14k white gold, a design choice which helps enhance their shape and keep that the focus of the piece. The high polish on the sides of the earrings complements the sparkle of the diamonds beautifully, and the way they are linked together with simple loops of white gold keeps them close enough while still allowing them each their own space.
