14k Rose Gold Custom Vintage Style Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #104784 $4,665 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Center Setting
The centerpiece of this design is a 1.51 carat princess cut diamond, and it’s held in place by four chevron prongs that wrap around its four corners. This style of prong provides protection from chips and cracks while also helping to highlight the clean, elegant lines of the stone. The diamond is rotated also, sitting with its corners at the compass positions, and this arrangement adds a dynamic sense of movement to the design. Vintage Engagement Rings Seattle
Filigree Band and Hand Engraving
The band at the top is slightly wider than the center setting, but it begins to taper almost immediately moving down each side. The shoulders of the shank here are made up of sections of filigree that bring an openness and delicacy to the design despite the relatively significant width of the band. The filigree is complemented nicely by the pattern of scroll-style hand engraving that covers both ring fronts all the way down nearly to the bottom of the band. Hand Engraving
Diamond and Milgrain Accents
Small round diamonds are bright cut set along all areas of the filigree at the top of the shank, and this adds a glamorous sparkle while also bringing extra definition to the design. For some added vintage flair, the diamonds, as well as the sections of hand engraving, are framed by rows of delicate milgrain beading.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
