14k White Gold Solitaire Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #104008 $1,966 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Diamond Solitaire
The only gemstone in this ring is a large, round brilliant cut diamond, and it’s held in place by four prongs that curl up daintily over its girdle. These prongs originate just below the girdle, rising up from a band that wraps around the lower portion of the stone, following its contours closely. This band can be seen as a narrow rim acting as a frame around the diamond when the piece is viewed straight on from the top down. Solitaire Engagement Rings
The solitaire design is a popular and classic choice for an engagement ring, but it can be modified in many ways to make it perfectly match your personal tastes. This ring is just one example of that, and the other design elements used combine to give the ring an overall modern style. Engagement Rings Seattle
Band Design and Contrasting Finishes
The band is narrow and straight most of the way around, with a very slight taper that narrows it at the bottom and has it reach its widest point right as it meets the sides of the center setting. A bridge piece also splits off from the inner margin of the band as it nears the top, and this piece continues in the original curvature of the ring to pass directly below the setting holding the diamond.
An O shaped segment of white gold lies horizontally across this bridge piece, directly below the band that wraps around the lower portion of the center stone. This creates the sense that it is the continuation of that wrapped piece, giving the space between those two features much more significance and dramatic flair. Highlighting this design element is the sandblasted finish on the wrap and the O that serves to separate them more fully from the rest of the polished band.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
