14k Yellow Gold Halo Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #103079 $4,043 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Center Setting and Halo
At the top of this ring, a 1.50 carat elongated cushion cut diamond is displayed beautifully in a four prong setting made from 18k white gold. The prongs rise straight up from the inner margin of the surrounding contoured halo, and their tips extend a bit beyond the girdle of the diamond as well, helping to reinforce the angular elements of this design. The halo itself is made up of small round diamonds that are all split prong set, echoing the shape of the larger stone. The diamonds in the halo bring their own wonderful sparkle to the design, and they also help enhance the brilliance of the center by reflecting extra light up onto it. The entire center setting is oriented to sit lengthwise across the narrow band, leaving it in line with the finger when the ring is worn. Halo Engagement Rings
Diamond Accents and Band Design
In contrast to the large center setting, the band is narrow and straight, with only a single line of small round split prong set diamonds running down on both sides. These diamond accents create a connection with those in the halo, helping to unify the diverse areas of this piece. The diamonds stop about three-quarters of the way down each side, and all of the diamond accents in the ring combine to total 0.68 carats.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
