Three-stone Setting
The main setting of this ring features a three-stone arrangement, with a two carat round brilliant cut diamond in the center. A princess cut diamond sits on either side of this, and the two of these together weigh 0.63 carats. The contrast between the graceful curves of the center and the clean lines of the side stones adds a layer to the complexity of the design, and the square shape of the side stones also facilities a smooth transition to the band below. Diamond and Milgrain Accents
Round brilliant cut diamonds line the top and fronts of the shank shoulders down to the mid-point on each side. These are all lined with milgrain beading for some added vintage flair, as is the bezel set diamond found directly below the main stone on each ring front. All together, there are 34 of these smaller accent stones, and they combine to weigh 0.43 carats.
Custom Filigree
The space below each stone in the center setting on both ring fronts is filled with handmade filigree for a special personal touch. This is in the form of a large V below both side stones, while the filigree below the main diamond is a smaller V with a more flowing profile, as it has to tuck in above the bezel set diamond on each side.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
