She initially visited our Bellevue, WA showroom to go over her vision for her pieces. We created some CAD models for her to view online, and she came in again to go over them in person. After we addressed her concerns and made the requested modifications, she approved our models to move into production.
Center Diamond
The diamond at the center of this ring is a 3.05 carat marquise shaped stone with stunning fire. It’s bezel set in white gold, and it sits lengthwise across the band so that it will be inline with the finger when worn. This is a popular positioning for a marquise center stone, as it has the effect of making the finger appear longer and more slender for an overall more elegant look. Custom Engagement Rings Bellevue
Pave Set Diamond Accents
A ring of small round diamonds is pave set around the marquise diamond, and these continue down the sides of the center setting, which sits up considerably from the band. In all, 208 small diamonds are arranged in 6 rows down to the base of the main setting, amounting to 1.02 carats all together.
Two-tone Design
While the entire center setting is made of 18k white gold to enhance the sparkle of the diamonds, the band is 18k yellow gold. This brings a wonderful contrast to the design, and it produces an elegant two-tone look that highlights the separation between the two parts of the piece. This is especially remarkable in this piece, as it allows the flat, polished band to hold its own even despite the ornate and glamorous nature of the center setting. One of a Kind Engagement Rings
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
