This two-toned ring features a cushion shaped natural yellow sapphire that is double prong set in 18 karat yellow gold and accented with 58 bright cut set round diamonds and surrounded by filigree, with milgrain detailing in a platinum knife edge shank. Milgrain is a row of delicate, metal bead work along the edge of a section of jewelry that can add a special touch to customized rings.
