Center Diamond and Double Halo
The center diamond in this ring is 0.81 carats and cushion shaped. It’s prong set in platinum in the center of a double halo of French cut set diamonds, which is slightly squared but with rounded corners to mirror the shape of the center diamond itself. Diamond Engagement Rings
This halo contributes to the ring’s classical flair, and it also serves to increase the brilliance of the center stone by reflecting additional light back up onto it. The two rings of the halo are set with the outer slightly below the inner as well, giving a slight step effect that works well with the lovely lines of the split platinum shank.
Diamond Accents and Band Design
The band begins at the bottom of the ring as a thin, straight piece, and it continues up nearly to the top in the same form. About two-thirds of the way up, however, it splits into two strands, and these branch out to join the main setting just below the halo.
French cut set diamond accents begin at the mid-point on the band, running all the way up to the center setting as well and creating a link between the halo and the band below. All of the accent diamonds in this ring, both in the the halo and on the shank, are round, offering a subtle contrast with the shape of the larger diamond at the top.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
