Item #102932 $6,578 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
It was created for a client from Lewiston, ID, who contacted us online with a clear idea of what he wanted for his fiancee-to-be. Once we had created a CAD model of the piece, we sent him a video of the rendering so he could get a real 3D view of it, and we also shipped a wax out for him to examine before giving his final approval to move into production. Purple Sapphire Center and Halo
At the center of this ring is a 1.19 carat round purple sapphire. It’s displayed beautifully in a six prong setting made of 14k white gold, and its rich color contrasts beautifully with the silvery gleam of the metal.
A modified halo of round lavender sapphires wraps around this larger stone, encircling it completely and then continuing off to one side to integrate into the lily design next to the main setting. The stones in the halo are all bright cut set, and they’re lined with milgrain beading for some added vintage flair. Vintage Engagement Rings
Two-tone Lily
The lily design is formed from the combination of a white gold flower and yellow gold leaf and pistil sections. These sit off to one side of the center, giving the ring an asymmetrical shape that works well with the organic themes the lily introduces. The two-tone look helps make the flower design more clear, and it also introduces a nice contrast to both the silvery white gold and the elegant purple gems. Floral Engagement Rings
Contrasting Finishes
Most of this piece is polished to a high shine, but the yellow gold elements are sandblasted to create a more matte surface. The contrast these different finishes produces helps highlight the floral elements even more, and it also creates a more organic feel for the piece.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
