Classic Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #105747 $4,501 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
During that initial visit, the clients fell in love with one particular engagement ring design, but they wanted to make just a few modifications so that it more perfectly matched their style and feature preferences. They were also able to select their center diamond on that visit, and we incorporated all requested changes to the inspiration piece during the CAD phase of the custom design process.
Center Diamond
At the top of this ring, a 1.15 carat round brilliant cut diamond is displayed beautifully in a four-prong platinum setting. The prongs on the center setting are minimized as much as possible to ensure the round shape of the center stone shows clearly, which is one of the details that were important to the clients. Diamond Engagement Rings
The prongs themselves originate on the top surface of the band, and this allows them to hold the diamond up clearly above the rest of the ring, ensuring its place as the centerpiece of the design. For added structural support and satisfying visual balance, a thin gallery rail runs around the stone between the prongs about halfway up the side of the center setting. Conflict Free Diamonds
Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band of this ring is narrow, producing just the type of delicate look that the clients were interested in. Additionally, small round diamonds are split prong set about two-thirds of the way down each shank shoulder, and this was another modification that the clients made to the original inspiration piece. There are 28 accent diamonds in this piece, and together they total 0.22 carats.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
