Custom Bezel Set Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #1282 $12,194 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Whether you’d like to use this ring as your sole inspiration piece, or you simply want to borrow a few design details, or team will help you achieve your vision. We put together models in CAD of all custom pieces before we begin the production process so that you can see every detail clearly and make any adjustments you’d like. We can do all of this online as well, so even if you never visit our Bellevue, WA showroom personally, we’re committed to producing a ring that perfectly matches your ideal specifications.
Center Setting
The diamond at the center of this ring is one carat and radiant cut. It’s square with clipped corners, and this elegant shape is highlighted by the 18k white gold bezel setting that surrounds it. The crown of the diamond rises only slightly above the level of the bezel setting, a positioning which allows it to stand out as the centerpiece of the design while still remaining quite protected from damage associated with everyday wear. Band Design and Diamond Accents
The center section of the band sits down slightly within the rails that run up along either side, and the difference in height of these two areas increases modestly moving up towards the top of the ring. Starting just before the mid-point on the band, bezel set pear shaped diamonds line the center section, and they’re arranged in an alternating pattern, so that each diamond’s rounded end is next to its neighbor’s rounded end, with the points meeting on the other side. Diamond Engagement Rings
Bright cut set round diamonds line both ring fronts from about the three-quarter point all the way to the top. These are framed with milgrain beading, which also lines the bezel settings of the pear shaped diamonds and the top of the rails.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
