The centerpiece of this ring is a one carat round brilliant cut canary yellow diamond, and it’s cradled delicately in a four prong setting made of 18k yellow gold. The warm tones of the metal help reinforce the lovely color of the diamond, enhancing its brilliance and clarifying the contrast with the white accent stones elsewhere in the ring. Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is made of platinum, and it’s solid across the bottom, splitting into two strands at about the three-quarter point on each side. From here, the two pieces curve gently out and then back towards each other, meeting just before they reach the sides of the main setting. In this meeting, one strand appears to cross over the other, adding a subtle moment to the design that brings a more whimsical quality to this otherwise contemporary piece. Both strands of the split shank are lined with bright cut set diamond accents, and these bring a stunning sparkle to the ring while also providing a nice counterpoint to the delicate yellow of the center diamond. Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
