Although he couldn’t visit our Bellevue showroom personally, we collaborated extensively with the client to select gemstones that would fit his budget and still produce the look he was after. We then created a 3D model of his design, which he requested a couple of changes to before giving the final approval to move the ring into production.
Three-Stone Setting
The centerpiece of this ring is a 1.91 carat round pink sapphire that contrasts wonderfully with the 14k white gold it’s set in. The client knew his fiancee-to-be wanted a pink center stone, which was one of the modifications he made from his inspiration piece. Three Stone Engagement Rings
A pear shaped moissanite is prong set on either side of this dazzling center gem, completing the three-stone setting and adding a brilliant sparkle to the ring. The client wanted a clear stone to fill these side positions, but diamonds would have put him significantly over budget. We suggested he use moissanites instead, as they’re more affordable and still dazzlingly brilliant, and he quickly agreed.
Diamond Accents
One strand of the criss-cross shank on either side is bright cut set with round diamond accents all the way down to the three-quarter point on the band. These highlight the intertwining nature of the shank, and the sparkle they add gives the ring glamorous flair.

The band splits into two at about the three-quarter point, and the two strands formed cross over each other twice before coming together at the main setting. This intertwining movement gives the piece a real elegance and grace, while the leaf and vine details that are integrated into the general design introduce organic overtones.
