Custom Three Stone Blue Sapphire And Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #102972 $12,773 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
We worked with them in person in our Bellevue, WA showroom, as well as online and over the phone to discuss their preferences and adjust our models until they were completely satisfied. They did come in to see a wax model of the piece as well before giving their final approval to move into production.
Three-stone Setting
At the center of this ring is a 2.41 carat radiant cut diamond in a platinum double talon prong setting. It sits lengthwise across the band, just slightly above the two cushion shaped blue sapphires that complete the three-stone setting. These are also double talon prong set, and taken together, they total 0.91 carats.
All three of these stones were provided by the client, and they complement each other nicely in terms of both color and shape. The diamond is more angular and elongated, while the cushion cuts are nearly square with slightly rounded edges, and the rich blue of the sapphires helps intensify the brilliant fire of the larger diamond between them. Diamond Accents
Five round diamonds are shared prong set down each side of the Euroshank, and they taper with the band to perfectly fill the space available. These serve as an extension of the main setting, as their round shape is the next step in the progression already begun at the top of the ring. They also add unparalleled sparkle and a glamorous flair, which perfectly completes the classical look of the ring. One of a Kind Engagement Rings

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
