Custom Three Stone Zoisite And Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #103288 $10,270 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
After an initial consultation with her in our Bellevue, WA showroom, we developed some CAD models of the piece we proposed to make for her. She requested a few minor adjustments, and once we’d integrated those, she came in again to see a wax model and drop off her center stone so we could begin production.
Zoisite Center
The main gemstone in this ring is a 3.33 carat zoisite, and it’s cut into an elongated cushion shape. This gives it an outline somewhere between oval and emerald cut, with softer corners and slightly rounded sides. It’s set lengthwise across the band, and the four sets of double talon prongs holding it in place complement its elegant shape nicely. One of a Kind Engagement Rings
Diamond Accents and Band Design
On either side of the center, a baguette diamond is set inline with the band, and the way these taper as they move away from the main setting helps to ease the transition to the narrow band below. Our initial CAD renderings had these side diamonds significantly smaller than they are in the finished piece, and that increase in size was one of the main changes the client made before approving the project to move into production. Vintage Engagement Rings
Moving away from the end of the side diamonds, the band widens slightly before tapering back down gradually towards the bottom. It’s made entirely of platinum, and it features a slightly domed top with flat, straight sides. The band does thicken a bit below the shank shoulders as it transitions up into the center setting, and this helps to balance out the large center stone nicely without making the design too bulky.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
