Emerald Halo Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #103997Engagement Ring Description
Center Diamond and Halo
At the top of this ring, a two-carat emerald cut diamond sits in a four-prong setting made of 14k white gold. The prongs meet the stone at its cropped corners, and they position it to sit lengthwise across the band. This arrangement helps to emphasize the elegant lines of the emerald cut, and it also adds to the vintage overtones of the design. Diamond Engagement Rings
Surrounding the center diamond is a halo of split prong set round diamonds that generally follows the contours of the emerald cut. The corners of the halo are more rounded, however, providing a subtle contrast to the more angular center diamond. The halo adds some classical flair as well, and its brilliant sparkle only helps to intensify the shine of the larger stone.
Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is narrow and straight all the way around, rising up gently at the top to meet the underside of the halo on either side. The shank shoulders are lined with split prong set diamonds that tie in nicely with the diamonds in the halo, and the split prong setting style adds to the classical charm of the ring.
The accents end at about the mid-point on each side, and below that point, the band is flat and polished. This design is also available in rose and yellow gold, and those metal choices bring with them some new contrast dynamics and added classical warmth.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
