We collaborate with clients from across the country and around the world, and so our custom design process is set up to allow us to complete the entire project online while still guaranteeing your total satisfaction.
Center Setting
At the top of this ring, a round brilliant cut diamond sits in a four-prong white gold setting, while the lower portion of the stone is surrounded by several concentric and descending gallery rails. The topmost of these rails sits just below the girdle of the diamond, and this is also the point that the prongs holding the main setting originate from. Diamond Engagement Rings
The two additional rails follow moving down towards the bottom of the diamond, with their progressively smaller diameter mirroring the shape of the center stone itself. Below the third rail, there is an open space, and this is followed by a separate and smaller ring of metal that sits on top of the bridge piece passing below the center diamond.
Diamond Accents
All of the rails in the center setting are lined with small, round bright cut set diamonds, and these bring a truly glamorous sparkle to the piece. The separate ring directly below the center is lined with split prong set diamonds, and these tie in nicely with the split prong set accents that run down the shank shoulders, ending just below the mid-point on each side of the band.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
