Petite Twist Solitaire Engagement Ring
Item #102702 $2,212 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Diamond Solitaire
At the top of this ring, a one carat round brilliant cut diamond sits in a double prong setting made of 14k white gold. The prongs are formed from ends of the split strands that compose the upper part of the band, and they continue that organic-inspired design in the way they wind their way to the top. In fact, the prongs in the center setting somewhat resemble vines or tree branches as they twist and cross over each other on their way to the spot where they meet the diamond, and this adds some organic overtones to the design. Design Your Own Engagement Ring
Because there is only one diamond in this ring, it’s considered a solitaire, which is a traditional choice for an engagement ring. The delicate, petite nature of the band helps to emphasize the central place of this gorgeous stone at the top, and the openness of the center setting allows for a clear view of the diamond from all angles. Band Design
The band is straight across the bottom, with a slightly domed top, and it widens a bit moving up each side. About half-way to the top, two distinct strands emerge, and although they never totally separate, they do begin crossing back and forth over and under each other until they reach the center setting. This is the same pattern that’s found in the matching wedding band, and that seemingly subtle touch unites the two rings, helping to create a stunning and integrated set.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
