Three-stone Setting

The centerpiece of this ring is a 0.93 carat round pink diamond, and it’s held in place by four prongs made of 18k rose gold. The warm tones of the metal complement the delicate pink of the diamond perfectly, helping it to stand out even more dramatically next to the white diamonds on either side that complete the three-stone setting. These side stones are both marquise cut, and they’re oriented to lie in line with the band. Their corners are cradled in platinum chevron prongs, which provide protection while also highlighting the elegant shape of the diamonds. This angular, elongated shape contrasts with the perfectly round center as well, further reinforcing the color dynamics at play within the design.

Band Design

The band meets the setting at the tips of the side marquise diamonds, and it maintains a constant width the rest of the way down. Like the settings for those side stones, the band itself is platinum, and this helps to further highlight the beautiful pink color of the center diamond.
