Item #103595 $7,840 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Once we had idea of the kind of ring he was interested in, we put together a model in CAD, and we shared this with him through the online workroom we set up to manage his project. He liked the models, and to make sure everything was perfect, he requested to see a wax before giving final approval to move the project into production. Design Your Own Engagement Ring
Center Setting and Halo
The centerpiece of this ring is a 1.90 carat round brilliant cut diamond, and it sits in a four prong setting that raises it up modestly above the surrounding halo of split prong set diamonds. This halo is softly squared, giving the center setting as a whole more of a cushion shape, and that helps propel the design into the vintage category.
The split prong setting for the diamonds also gives the halo a more delicate look by leaving only a small amount of metal visible around the stones. The smaller diamonds add a lovely sparkle to the ring, and they reflect light back up onto the large stone in the center, helping to intensify its shine. Diamond Engagement Rings
Diamond and Milgrain Accents
Round diamonds are bright cut set down both shank shoulders to the mid-point on each side. These are framed by milgrain beading, a detail which adds to the vintage themes already present. The top half of the ring also features milgrain beading running along the filigree scroll pattern that forms the ring fronts in this section, and the top-most scroll shape is filled with bright cut set diamond accents that taper to fit in the available space. A larger diamond is bezel set directly below the center setting on both ring fronts as well, which helps balance out the design while simultaneously tying everything together.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
