Princess Cut Diamond
The center of this ring is a half carat princess cut diamond. It is set "compass" style, meaning the corners point to north, south, east, and west. It's smaller size allows it to sit low in the ring, creating a low profile look and feel. Diamond Engagement Rings
Cluster Setting
The diamonds on each side of the princess cut diamond are all round brilliant. They are Hearts & Arrows quality, which are the highest quality diamonds we can use in our pieces. They have the most sparkle and the best clarity, cut, and color.
Twelve of these Hearts & Arrows diamonds are set in the piece, with six in each cluster. It is considered a cluster when there is no specific pattern the diamonds are following, although the ring is symmetrical, and they share prongs to be as close to each other as possible.
Customization Options
This ring was actually an all-diamond version of a rose gold engagement ring. The original design was cast in rose gold with a diamond center and aquamarine accent stones. To make this ring your own, you could change the gemstone types and colors. You could also create the ring in rose gold and use peach sapphires as the accent stones, creating a much warmer, vintage look.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
