During her visit, she viewed a selection of pieces that could serve as inspiration for her unique design, and she discussed the direction she wanted her project to take with our team. With the information that we gathered during that visit, we developed a model of her piece in CAD, and we shared that with her through the online workroom we set up to manage her project. We collaborated with her in this way, and she also came back into the showroom to view a wax model of her design and select her center stone. One of a Kind Engagement Rings
Center Setting and Halo
At the top of this ring, a large round diamond is prong set in 14k white gold. It sits nestled in the center of a floral-themed halo made up of leaf and moon shapes that each hold a small, round bright cut set diamond. These combine to create a unique type of halo with strong vintage overtones, and that look is only intensified by the use of milgrain beading to line each individual section. Hand Engraving and Filigree
Below the outer edge of the halo, the band is covered with custom hand engraving, and this completes the vintage look of the piece while also adding to the intricacy of the design. On the top surface, the pattern is in an organic scroll style, which complements the floral elements in the center setting nicely. The fronts of the ring feature a half-wheat pattern, and these continue up to meet the elegant scroll filigree that fills the space below the center setting. Milgrain lines the hand-engraved sections as well, helping to unify the design.
