Blue Topaz Center
At the top of this ring, a 0.75 carat emerald cut blue topaz is framed beautifully by a bezel setting made of 14k white gold. The stone is oriented to lie lengthwise along with the band, and this detail contributes to the overall contemporary feel of the design. The frame created by the beautiful silvery metal highlights the lovely lines of the stone, and it also provides a nice contrast with the rich blue of the topaz, helping it to really stand out.
The band itself is narrow and straight all the way around, creating a feeling of delicacy without taking away from the stunning topaz at the top. A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
