We create highly-detailed CAD models for each custom project we take on, and we’ll work with you to adjust this model as much as necessary to ensure you’re completely satisfied at the end of the process.
Center Sapphire
The centerpiece of this ring is a 19.11 carat emerald cut blue sapphire. The channel setting holding it in place provides plenty of structural stability while also keeping the profile of the ring low to protect the sapphire from damage. It also highlights the clean, straight lines of the emerald cut, helping to emphasize the stone’s lovely contours.
Accent Stones
Each shank shoulder contains two small round rubies and two small round diamonds. These are bezel set in loops that extend from the custom organic filigree that fills the wedge-shaped space between the two strands of the split shank.
This placement makes the gems resemble flowers growing from the vines, and their unique colors offer the perfect counterpoint to the lovely blue stone at the top. The filigree itself is made of 14k white gold like the band, and it extends up to cover the sides of the center sapphire as well. This helps soften the edges of the center setting, creating a nice contrast between the straight borders on the top and bottom and the more fluid ones on the side.
