Blue Sapphires

The princess cut blue sapphires in this ring are the only gemstones, and they’re each bezel set in platinum. They’re also oriented with their corners at the compass positions, and they're evenly spaced around the middle of the band.

The rich blue of the sapphires brings a gorgeous contrast to the piece, and this is a detail that’s easily customizable, as sapphires are available in a wide range of colors. Of course, you could also use a different type of gemstone, as white or colored diamonds would fill this role nicely, and you might also consider switching to a different cut of stone to achieve a look that’s more in line with your tastes as well. Celtic Knot Design

Nearly the entire top surface of this ring is covered with a pattern of engraving in a Celtic knot-inspired design.
