I was looking to re-design my original engagement ring for our 10 year anniversary and we weren't sure where to look. My husband got online and found Joseph's Jewelry on Yelp. The 5 star reviews brought us there, and after our experience, it's clear why. I was able to walk through the store with Andrea, who listened carefully to what I had in mind, and educated me along the way about styles, diamonds, settings, etc. We were then contacted through their online system by Bonnie with the initial design, which was very close to perfect. I had great confidence at that point about the end product. Bonnie and I went back and forth a few times, and she answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. When we settled on the final design, I received a 3D print of the ring as confirmation and waited for the result. The completed ring was beyond what I could have hoped for, even with the careful communication along the way - the final result was so stunning. Bonnie was amazing at hearing words like "romantic and elegant" and putting them to life, all while maintaining the look and feel of our original ring. I was impressed with every step of the process and recommend Joseph's without hesitation.
