Reasons for each star: 1st star: you can design your own rings using a variety of pre-made templates or send in your own drawing (or a CD scan if you are capable). I spent hours exploring other sites - this was the ONLY one you could custom design your own completely that I found. 2nd star: customer service was awesome. They weren't pushy and let me take my time. When I was late getting back to them, they (Andrea and Usiel) were patient and got my ring to me just on time. A few days after they started making my order, I decided I wanted to upgrade the quality of the diamond, they were so awesome and had it upgraded almost immediately. 3rd star: when I received the ring, I went through the whole denial stage, "oh man, she's not going to like this... this ring is terrible!..." But after a good half hour of contemplation (while staring at the ring) I fell in love with it and became even more sure of my choice. 4th star: warranty. I don't remember the specifics, but I was impressed when I read them at the time. 5th star: she loves it. This one could have made up for all 5 stars, but I figure whoever reads this would probably like a few more details. Only downside, it came in a kind of lame box. But I didn't use it, so I didn't really care that much. Thanks again!
