Men's Wedding Band Hammered Matte Finish
Item #102502 $4,260Men's Wedding Band Description
If you live locally, you can visit our Bellevue, WA showroom in person to discuss your project with one of our designers and get the custom design process under way. We work with clients from all over the country and the world as well, and we can absolutely complete a custom design project entirely online thanks to the advanced technological tools we have at our disposal.
Finish and Metal Options
The unique surface of this piece is the result of the application of two different finishes. First, a hammered finish creates the subtle ridges and grooves, and then a sandblasted finish is added to generate a matte effect. This, combined with the use of 14k rose gold for the band, is what pushes the ring in a more vintage direction.
These are far from the only options for both finishes and metals for this ring, however. For instance, you could use a polished finish on top of the hammered to give the piece some classical flair. Or you could use a brushed finish to keep the matte effect but soften it slightly. Men's Wedding Rings
Using a different metal is also an option, with yellow and white gold both offering different style attributes. And you can adjust the width of the ring if you prefer something thinner or more substantial. This piece is 7mm wide, which is about average for a men’s ring. If you’re not sure what width you prefer, it can help to come into our showroom to try on some rings of varying widths to see what feels best to you.
Custom Design Process
When you design a custom wedding ring with us, we’ll work closely with you to determine exactly what types of features you’d like included in your piece. Once we’ve done that, we’ll present you with CAD images of the design we’ve come up with for you, and you’re free to request any modifications you’d like at this point.
Only when you’re completely satisfied that we have every detail exactly right will we turn your ring over to our expert artisans to begin production. Our process is built to ensure that you come away with exactly the ring you’re after, and that’s why we’re proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all custom pieces we produce.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
