Tungsten Band
The main band of this ring is polished tungsten, and it’s 8mm wide. It’s visible as the lower layer on the ring fronts, and it makes up the entire inner surface of the ring. On the top of the band, the tungsten is visible in the form of two narrow strips that run parallel to each other all the way around the middle section of the ring.
Black Carbon Fiber Inlay
The top surface of the ring is dominated by the sections of carbon fiber inlay that run all the way around the band. The two wider of these sections are on the outside, framing a middle section composed of two tungsten rails with a thinner piece of carbon fiber inlay sandwiched between them. 100% Satisfaction
Customization Options
Customizing a design like this could include steps like modifying the width of the band itself. The 8mm width seen in this ring is close to the high end of the normal range for a men’s ring, and so you can widen or narrow it based on your personal preference in terms of look as well as comfort. You can also experiment with different types of finishes on the various sections of the piece, and you can even use this layout with a different type of metal like rose gold in place of the carbon fiber.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
