At the center of this piece is a 0.73 carat marquise shaped diamond. It’s held by two white gold prongs that cradle the top and bottom points of the stone, and it’s oriented lengthwise along the body of the pendant, with it’s center directly above the spot where the two pieces of the cross intersect.
One option for customizing this piece might be to use a different shape of diamond for the center.
