Blue Topaz Center
The centerpiece of this pendant is a pear shaped blue topaz that measures 9mm by 7mm. It’s positioned with its rounded end down and its corner pointing directly up towards the bale.
Diamond Halo and Accents
Surrounding the center topaz is a contoured halo of split prong set round white diamonds. These bring a dazzling sparkle to the piece, and they reflect extra light up onto the larger stone in the center, helping to increase its brilliance as well. The split prong setting adds to the classical overtones of the design, and the way the halo follows the contours of the topaz helps emphasize the beautiful lines of the pear shape. Pendants
The bale connects to this main body section of the pendant through a single loop of metal that runs through the top of the halo and the bottom of the bale. The bale itself is a circle of metal that’s lined with split prong set diamonds on its front surface. Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
