Carved Tahitian Pearl
A large Tahitian pearl makes up the main body of this pendant, and its rich black color produces a striking contrast with the other elements included in the design. The pearl is carved in an organic style, with a circular depression in the center of the front and swirling teardrop-shaped depressions extending out from the circle to wrap around the sides of the pearl. This gives the pendant a dynamic quality when viewed straight on from the front, and it contributes to the overall natural feel of the piece as well. Pendants
Diamond and Turquoise
At the center of the circular depression, a 0.04 carat round diamond is bezel set, and the metal lines the angled sides of the depression as well. The shiny surface of the metal serves to reflect more light down onto the diamond, and its highly polished surface also helps intensify the brilliance of the stone.
Each of the teardrop-shaped sections holds an inlay of turquoise, which adds a dynamic contrast to the piece. The turquoise also helps to clarify the carved design, as it stands out dramatically next to the rich, dark surface of the pearl. A hole located just above the middle of the pearl allows the chain to pass straight through the pendant, eliminating the need for a separate bale and ensuring that the pearl is oriented properly at all times. 100% Satisfaction

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
