Earrings Description
Mother of Pearl Centers
At the heart of each earring is a round, black mother of pearl bezel set in 14k rose gold. The contrast between these two elements helps to reinforce the beauty of each. In particular, the warmth of the rose gold brings out some of the other colors in the mother of pearl, including highlights of pink, green and yellow that appear at various spots across the surface of the piece depending on the angle it’s viewed from. Rose Gold Overlay and Diamond Accents
In addition to the rose gold surrounding the mother of pearl, a number of strands curl off from the outer margin to overlay the center. These are alternatingly pave set with small, round diamonds, and the strands are of varying lengths, giving each earring a somewhat organic feel. The way the strands all curve in the same direction also creates a swirling movement within the piece, and that adds to the overall dynamic of the set as well.
A line of round pave set diamonds runs up the front of each finding, creating a visual link to the main body of the earring below and also adding its own glamorous flair to the design. The findings attach directly to the top of the main earring portions, and from there, they curve out around the front of the ear, as well as towards the back, creating a small hoop that sits perpendicular to the earring bodies, bringing a nice balance to the design.
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
