14k White Gold And 18K Gold Custom Two-tone Peridot And Diamond Wedding Band
Item #103365 $4,437Women's Wedding Ring Description
To make sure we perfectly captured her vision, we first shared some concept sketches with her through the online workroom we set up to manage the project. Once she was happy with those, we moved into the CAD phase of the custom design process. There were several design details she was unsure about, and so we shipped her a wax model to physically inspect before she gave her final approval to move her piece into production.
Diamonds and Peridot
There are four round white diamonds in this piece, and they’re all bright cut set in 14k rose gold. These were supplied by the client, and they hold special sentimental meaning for her. Because they were much larger than the diamonds in her inspiration piece, we had to make the band significantly wider than the original. At first, she wasn’t sure she was happy with this adjustment, but after seeing the wax and giving it some thought, she decided to go with the new band design.
The diamonds are set in a marquise shaped base, with subtle dot and line detailing around them. These sections alternate going around the band with square shapes set on end that feature round peridots set in white gold. Women’s Custom Wedding Bands
Two-tone Design
The contrast in this piece is twofold, with the sparkling white of the diamonds set against the rose gold background and the delicate green of the peridots framed in white. Because the sections alternate as well, the contrast between the metals is also more pronounced, which adds another layer to the design.
The client really liked the idea of the two-tone band, but due to structural concerns, we were unable to set each peridot in a block made entirely from white gold. In order to get the look she was after, we cast the main body of the ring in rose gold, with bridge pieces connecting each of the marquise sections. The white gold pieces were set on top of these, producing the style she wanted while still keeping the ring structurally sound.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
