18K Gold Women's Diamond Wedding Band
Item #103073 $2,342Women's Wedding Ring Description
Diamonds and Milgrain
There are 13 diamonds in this ring, all of which are round, and that combine to total 0.22 carats. Four of these stones are bezel set in 14k white gold, while the other nine are bright cut set within three marquise shaped sections that run along the top of the band. The bezel set diamonds are interspersed with the marquise sections, creating an alternating pattern that runs from the mid-point on one side of the band to the same spot on the other. Within the marquise sections, the diamonds taper to fit in the space available. That means that the largest of each group of three sits in the middle, while the stones on either side are decidedly smaller. The center stones in each of these marquise sections are the same size as the diamonds in the bezel settings, and this relationship between all of the diamonds in the ring helps bring a satisfying balance to the design. Both the margins of the bezel settings and the marquise sections are lined with milgrain beading as well for some added vintage flair. Antique Engagement Rings Seattle
Band Design
The lower portion of the band tapers slightly from the spot where it meets the last bezel set diamond on either side, reaching its narrowest point across the bottom of the piece. On the top half of the ring, the margins of the bezel settings and marquise sections also define the borders of the ring, adding an intricate element to the design and producing a more delicate look for the ring.
The white gold that makes up the band is polished, and the black rhodium plating used gives it a slightly deeper grey color than traditional white gold. This brings a subtle contrast to the piece, and it helps highlight the brilliant sparkle of the diamonds at the top.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
