18k White Gold Custom Hand Engraved Wedding Band
Item #103147 $4,374Women's Wedding Ring Description
She shared her ideas about the types of features her ideal ring would incorporate, and we used that information to develop a sketch of the piece we proposed to build for her. She asked for a wedding band to go along with the engagement ring as well, and we suggested adding hand engraving to match the engagement ring design. She loved this idea, and after seeing CAD models of her pieces, she quickly approved them to move into production. Design Your Own Wedding Ring
Hand Engraving
The elegant, flowing scroll pattern on this ring is inspired by the vine and leaf shapes from the band of the engagement ring. The combination gives the set a wonderful, organic feel, and it also ties the two pieces clearly together. This type of work is carried out by our expert artisans as the last step in the production process, and their incredible skill is what allows us to provide pieces like this one that are so exquisitely detailed. Women’s Custom Wedding Bands
Including hand engraving in your custom wedding set also allows you to integrate something of personal significance. Because this work is done by hand, it can be customized to a great degree, and you can share symbols, patterns, or other examples of what inspires you for our artist to work from in developing your design.
Matching Wedding Sets
It’s always a good idea to have both rings in your wedding set made at the same time if you can. At the very least, you should think about the type of wedding band you want to have when designing the engagement ring so that you can be sure it will be possible later on. For example, a straight wedding band won’t be able to sit flush with all engagement ring styles, and so if that’s the kind of band you want, it needs to be taken into account ahead of time. Matching Wedding Sets
Matching materials precisely is another concern, as you want your pieces to look like they belong together. Especially if you’re using rose gold, as this client did, this is something to think about, as each batch of rose gold can vary slightly in color. Having both pieces made from the same batch ensures they’re exactly the same color and that they line up perfectly on your finger.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
