Diamonds and Blue Sapphires

There are 12 blue sapphires in this ring, all of which are round and tension set in 18k white gold. The sapphires combine to total 0.42 carats, and their rich blue color contrasts beautifully with the silvery sheen of the metal.

Alternating with these sapphires are marquise-shaped sections of white gold, each of which holds a single round bright cut set diamond. Milgrain Accents and Customization Options

The marquise sections are each lined with delicate milgrain beading, adding vintage flair and producing a beautiful framing effect at the same time. However, if you’re interested in a more contemporary style, you might consider removing the milgrain, and you could even change the setting style of the diamonds to more dramatically alter the look of the piece.

Using a different combination of stones is an option as well, with sapphires available in a wide range of colors, and even some different diamond shades to choose from.
