Diamonds and Milgrain

Round diamonds are bright cut set on the top and fronts of this ring starting at the mid-point on each side. Those on the fronts continue across and down the other side, and they get larger as they go up, with the largest at the very top. The diamonds on the top surface of the band taper in the opposite direction, getting smaller as they near the top of the band so that they fit in the space available.

This is necessary because the top surface narrows nearly to a point at the top to accommodate a large engagement ring setting, and the sections of diamonds are divided by an X that’s lined with milgrain beading to help make the division more clear. Milgrain runs along the other borders of the diamond sections as well, bringing a lovely vintage flair to the design. Women’s Custom Wedding Bands
