I'd ~strongly~ recommend getting a line of communication going with Joseph Jewelry. It can't hurt right? The team They are incredibly focused on customer satisfaction and relations. Making sure that your voice is heard and not just another person in the queue. I've never had to wait more than a day for a response, in a lot of cases, a few hours. I feel as if the team is really engaging in your excited-ness and feed off of it. The process Open a line of communication and discuss what you'd like and what your options are. Once a certain agreement has been made, if you'd like to move forward, it's $1000 down payment to get the 3D renderings. Another approval by you and a deposit of half the ring price gets you into production. Depending on design, it could take anywhere from 3-5 weeks. Mine took about 4.5 weeks from 3D to front door (living in CA). The ring: Their designs are timeless, classy, and obviously important; cost effective. I'm guessing you don't want to skimp on the ring but you also don't want to break the bank. The ring above was $4.3k out the door. That's very decent for a very custom ring in my opinion.
