If you are still early in the process, our Bellevue showroom is also a useful place to compare styles in person. Seeing differences in scale, stone shape, setting height, and metal finish often makes decisions easier than trying to judge everything from photos alone.
Custom Jewelry and Wedding Rings
In addition to engagement rings, we create custom wedding bands, anniversary rings, pendants, earrings, and redesign projects. Some clients want a piece built around a specific gemstone or heirloom diamond. Others want to adapt a design so it feels more personal, more practical, or better balanced on the hand. Custom work gives us room to solve those details before production begins.
Jewelry Repair and Restoration
Our Bellevue location also offers jewelry repair and restoration services. We help with ring sizing, refinishing, engraving restoration, stone replacement, prong work, rhodium plating, chain repair, and other fine jewelry repairs. For older or sentimental pieces, we focus on preserving the character of the jewelry while restoring security and wearability where needed.

Our showroom is located in Old Bellevue on Main Street, with convenient access for clients visiting from Bellevue, Seattle, and the surrounding Eastside. Street parking is available, and there is additional free parking behind the building on the east side.

There are many words that come to mind when I think about my experience at Joseph Jewelry, such as AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT, HONEST, QUALITY, BEAUTIFUL, and GREAT (just to name a few). After several months of searching online and in several different jewelry stores, my fiance, Alex, and I stopped by Joseph Jewelry in Bellevue since we saw so many great reviews on Yelp. Now, I understand why they've earned every single one of their 5 stars. I would have given them 100 stars if I could! First, their customer service is absolutely outstanding and not pushy at all. The beautiful young lady that helped us, Pascale, was like an angel sent from jewelry heaven. She was very professional and listened to everything we wanted. We had originally just come into look for a groom's wedding band, since we had very little luck elsewhere. We were able to custom design his ring to exactly what he wanted without any hassle. We've looked everywhere to find something he liked without luck, so it was amazing to do a custom design. Although we weren't expecting to find a wedding band for me, I saw something in the case that I fell in love with, but I wanted a few tweaks. Pascale was amazing and helped me design the most perfect, beautiful ring of my dreams. She had great suggestions that I really felt enhanced the look of the ring. A-freaking-MAZING! Secondly, they have a very cool and modern method of communication during the design process where you can communicate directly with the designer through the Joseph Jewelry website. They can show you 3D renderings of your designed ring and can even mock up a 3D printed model for you to hold, feel and look at. They will not start manufacturing the ring until you love every piece of it! We had the pleasure of working with Bonnie and she was incredible. We communicated small tweaks we wanted to the design and she was able to deliver! She had all the details down to a T. Lastly, and I'm sure most importantly to many, in addition to the incredible customer service, the prices of the pieces at Joseph's is very, very fair. I felt like they were truly willing to work with us and our budget. There were many options and alternatives they provided us to ensure that we got what we wanted without breaking the bank.
