Whether you have a clear idea about what you want your new custom piece to look like or not, you can always stop by our showrooms in Bellevue, WA or Seattle, WA in person to view some pieces and discuss what you're looking for with our team. Once we have a good idea of what your personal style and feature preferences are, we'll put together some CAD models for you to review, and we'll make as many modifications as necessary to those to ensure that every detail is just the way you want it.
Diamonds and Sapphires
There are 17 small, round diamonds and 17 larger oval blue sapphires in this piece. The sapphires combined total 7.65 carats, and the bezel settings holding them in place nicely accentuate the elegant lines of their cut.
Between each of these bezel settings, a marquise-shaped section of metal holds a single bright cut set diamond, with all of these diamonds combined totaling 0.13 carats. However, the dramatic size difference between the stones doesn't make either less important when it comes to creating the overall look of the piece. The diamonds add just enough of a glamorous feel, while the rich color of the sapphires is complemented beautifully by the silvery ring of metal surrounding each stone. 100% Satisfaction

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
